CUCM 7.1 Disaster Recovery hung

I can go into the disaster recovery interface and click on status and history but when I try and select Backup Device, Scheduler, or Manual Backup it just hangs.  Any suggestions?

Try the following:

Go to Serviceability page> Tools> Control Center> Network Services.
Restart DRF Local and DRF Master Services for each server
