CUCM 7.X: unexpected shutdown

Hello,

we have a CUCM 7.X cluster with 2 servers.

Sometimes, it happens that we find the subscriber shutdown unexpectedly.

What can we check to see why it happens (in RTMT, for example)?

Hello,

I would start by checking the following:

* From RTMT (make sure you cover enough time when the subscriber shutdown and came back up, collect them from all the servers in the cluster):

Event Viewer - Application Log

Event Viewer - System Log

* From CLI:

utils core active list

utils core inactive list

utils service list
