CUCM - 7821 show wrong time

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue with 7821 phones.

Client had an issue with their NTP on CUCM, which has been fixed and all phones showing correct time except for 3 phones.

Tried doing factory reset but didn't resolve the issue. They are connected to the same switch as others but not sure why the time still shows incorrect (5 minutes ahead).

Phone logs show the following:

"8031 WRN Oct 31 00:53:33.363179 JAVA-Thread-6|cip.cfg.TimeDateProperty:setTime() - nativeTimeProperty.commit() failed, timeshift = -335358

8043 ERR Oct 31 00:55:28.659959 JAVA-[API]LED ID error"

Since these phones are connected to the same switch not sure why they are getting "Connection refused"

Note: All other 7821 phones registered to same CUCM are working fine

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this , I have already tried factory reset from "Admin settings -- Reset all"

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

sharri

Hi Saima,

Can you paste the output of the following:

show timezone config

Also, restart the phone once and attach the complete console logs.
