Hi There,

I need a many information for CUCM 8.0.0.99141-4. I have a problem cannot add Phone 9971. Menu --> Device --> Phone --> Cannot listed 9971

How can add 9971 phones.

Notice: Version CUCM 8.0.0.99141-4 for cmterm-device-pack, cannot see cisco.com download area.

Not sure where you got that version but most likely if you go to one of the official released versions you'll get it.

Look at the system version row

Table 4 Supported Cisco Unified Communications Manager Upgrades for Release 8.0(x)

Those are the officially supported releases, along with any SRs/ESs that are available in CCO.
