Not sure what exactly you want to do but there is CuciMOC / CuciLync which is a plugin installed in the MOC/Lync client
Here is the release notes for the latest version

Hi Cris,
In our envirorment we are using the CUCM 8.0.3a telephony and Microsoft Office Cummunicator Server with Office communicator Cleint in PC for for text based chatting.
For a test purpose we are using Cisco Click to call and Web dialer for soft method of dialing.
Using Cisco click to call we can make dailing using Internet explorer, MS Office- Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook Contcat from these applications...just click the number and dial.
I found that there is a method in MS Office Communicator Client software can dial the numbers from PC to IP Phones and also Offnet calls.
This can achive by configuring CUCM and also OCS .
We are okking for a soft method of dialing.
i found there is documnets in Cisco & Microsoft for integation.
But we are using MS OCS Server and CUCM 8.0.3a.
The release notes fro Microsoft is with Integration of CUCM 7.1.2 and MS OCS server and client softawre in PC with Office Communicator R2(Release2)
I wnat to know whether it will work with CUCM 8.0.3a and MS OC Clenit not OC R2.........?
