CUCM 8.5.1 SNMP Traps Issue

Hi,

I have enabled SNMP in CUCM Server 8.5.1.12025-1. and I am using HP NNM (Network Node Manager) as NMS.

In CUCM, i have specified the correct Community String and correct NMS IP Addr. The CUCM is being discovered in NNM but the registered phones status are not being updated.

Please guide me to fix this issue.

Hi Pankaj,

We need to check if it is a CUCM issue or a NMS issue.

If you are able to see the phones in the ccmPhoneTable under ciscoCcmMIB using a third party MIB browser, then it is a not a CUCM issue. It is a NMS issue.

If you are not able to see the phones, then it is a CUCM issue.
