When the Customer open the CAR appear the message "Previous Migration Failed. Click here to see the logs". After close this windows, I verified that the report is generated, but, I don´t have sure that the information that was generated in report is correct.

My recomendation would be for you to open a case with TAC for investigation under this bug. You might consider the reports are working properly but there might be a hidden issue with your CDR. This culprit we are aware of is the following.
