Ok you , i do not know that you have CUC in your netweork.

1:Create the call handler

2:Assign the extension to call handler which is AA number

3:Record the Greeting what you want to play for AA.

4:Configure the User input values what you need on the user input section.

5:and perform the default action after greeting what you need to do like hangup.

Did you have gateway ?.You can add to your gateway script for the AA.

My gateway to the PSTN is a 2851 router with an FXO card in it.  Just one port is being used.

I do have CUC voicemail and still want to be able to use it.

Mike,

You wont be able to do an auto attendant with CUCM alone.  You'd need to leverage another component such as UCCX, Unity Connection, etc.  Of course, it doesn't necessarily have to be a Cisco application.  What voicemail system do you have in place today?

Hello David,

what is requirements if i need to use CUC?

if we don't have cisco application, which other application could we use?

Thanks.

Almost perfect.  But when the AA answers I first hear a female voice saying "Sorry" Then I hear my recorded message.  Can she be stopped?

One other thing, calls are going to voicemail boxes after the second ring.  AA->make choice->users phone (rings 2 times)->users voicemail.

Somewhere I ended up setting this to 2 and I want it to be 5.  While I look around, can someone sugest where to look please?

This is because you are recording the greeting on the "recorded name" section of the main call handler's profile page.  You want to make sure you go to Edit>Greetings and record the greeting there for the Standard greeting. Please rate , if this is useful

Thanks.  Works GREAT!!!!

I still need to figure out why/where my calls are going to voicemail so fast.

Never mind, I just got it.  Had the seconds set too low in the line settings of each line.

ALL IS GOOD!!!!
