CUCM 8.6 customiz softkey for dailing to helpdesk

Hi,

I want to use a softkey as a speed dial to their help desk. has anyone used the Softkey and not a button to do this. if so how?

AFAIK, speed dial can't be configured as softkey.

Well... as softkey you can configure Abbreviated dial feature.

Go to the softkey template config, the options you see, are the options you get, nothing else.

The answer is that what you're asking is not possible.
