CUCM 8.6 Fax

Hello,

We have cucm 8.6 with sip trunk to ISP. We use Cisco ATA 187 and fax machines to send/receive faxes. We have about 4-5 faxes.

We need solution to send/receive faxes via email.

Do you know easy way to do it?

From Imagicle Stone fax is a good IP Fax Server.

Otherwise you can go with free customized solutions such as asterisk which can act as IP fax server.

You can integrate it through a sip trunk making specific route patterns pointing to it.

also, try to take a look at 2Ring's solution called BUSINESS FAX.

T.38/G.711 protocols are obviously supported.
