CUCM 8.6 transfers a call in too much time

Hi. We have Cisco UCM 8.6 and C2811 for VG. Now everything is working fine. But when we transfer call to someone else it takes too much time (about 10 seconds to transfer). Do you guys know what causes this kind of problem? If someone knows that please share your knowledge.

Hi Ayush,

This delay happens for internal numbers also?

If not then please press # at the end of the number you want to transfer and check the result.

If this works then check for the overlapping route pattern in CUCM or dial-peers in VG.

you may also check the "urgent priority" checkbox in the translation patterns
