Just want to know if CUCM 9.0 supports having shared lines with SNR. I have not been able to find any documentation on this, if anyone has deployed or can direct me to a doc, it would be appreciated.
Yes it can be done. The RDP is just another line appearence, really. Just be aware of CSCud85503, CSCue58307, and CSCud885503. Mobile Connect has been very buggy in the 9.x release.
