CUCM 9.1.2 Backup and restore tabs are not responding

We are running CUCM version 9.1.2.  It has been noticed recently that the backup and restore tabs are not responding. We have tried to restart the DRF master and local services  but no luck. In the logs there are no errors related to certificates also.

I would be thankful to everyone helping me to fix this issue.

See if your certificates are expired.
