CUCM 9.1 Call Park reversion timer on DN level

Hello team,

I'm having an issue with Call Park reversion timer on the DN level in CUCM.

In service parameter I have it set to the default: 60 sec.

I wanted to set the reversion timer for one user to 120 sec. This is done at the user's DN level, section Park Monitoring.

But it is not working, when I test it, the call is still going back to the Parker after 60 sec.

Any idea what I'm missing?

Thanks

From CUCM Feature and Services guide:

Park monitoring is supported only when a Cisco Unified IP Phone 8961, 9951, or 9971 (SIP) parks a call. Park monitoring then monitors the status of a parked call. The park monitoring call bubble is not cleared until the parked call gets retrieved or is abandoned by the parkee. This parked call can be retrieved using the same call bubble on the parker’s phone.

Which phone models are you doing it on?

Chris

Thanks Chirs, I'm using 7962 phones (SCCP).

Right, so this phone does not support the DN overwriting, so this works as expected.
