CUCM 9.1 - LDAP wont sync one single AD user

Hi all,

 

I have an LDAP issue that is driving me mad so looking for some help if possible. 

 

I have 1 AD user which will not sync. The user is enabled and i can import this user from LDAP in Unity, its just call manager i can't. Other AD users in the same ou folder sync fine also.

The LDAP servers are the same in CUCM and Unity. I can run an LDAP browser software with the same credentials as call manager and i can see the user also.

 

When i do a full sync she just does not appear. 

 

This name has been changed in AD i believe so its not a new user so i am thinking maybe the CUCM database has become corrupt and has this entry in there and it needs deleting maybe. 

 

Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.

FIXED - For anyone in the same situation i restarted DirSync in CUCM and it started to sync.
