Hello all
Using CUCM 9.1
We have contracted with 911enable (Intrado) to provide all of the 911 services for our SIP trunks.
Running a test -
I set up a SIP trunk on the CUCM to their server.
Made the CUCM changes to get 911 calls to their server.
911Enable is getting our calls but the "from" field has the internal IP address of the CUCM instead of our Public IP address which is stopping their system from replying to the call as they need our external IP address in the from field to complete the call.
Sending "from" field: sip:7777@172.16.100.88
Expected "from" field: sip:7777@24.XX.XX.XX (our public ip address)
Can this done from the CUCM? Will a CUBE be necessary?
Thanks in advance

As Cisco Recommend to use Inter-mediate connection while connecting ITSP over SIP ie CUBE.
However did you try using lua script on script?

Nadeem -
I did not try LUA script, not familiar enough with programming. So an intermediate device is the recommended method to connect to it?
