i have CUCM 9 , and call PICKUP is not working . on DN callPICK group is selected .
any idea .

yes its same , infact i have only one pickup group . it is also indicating me for pick the call but when i hitt the pickup group soft ket its not working .
should i have callPickup soft key or callPickupGroug soft key on IP Phone??
