Hello All,

We have our CUCM integrated with AD but my client wants to have the CM as the authoritative source. Would that be possible? If so, how?

No, once you integrate with LDAP the user information becomes read only from CUCM perspective and you may not overwrite any information. You can keep the passwords separate by not creating Authentication integration, but that kind of defeats the purpose.

So, you are looking for a solution that would update AD based on what is defined in CUCM for users?
