CUCM Admin with IE no longer working

hi,

running windows 10 with Edge in IE compatibility mode for UC servers

This was working fine until i applied latest MS patches on Tuesday June 14  and now i get the error "This page cannot be diplayed"

Page work fine though in Chrome.

ANybody else experiencing issues getting to https://x.x.x.x:8443/ccmadmin

Do have this URL in trusted list of IE ?

yes i do.  

https://10.1.50.20

and actual url is  https://10.1.50.20:8443/ccmadmin

there are actually a few subs also- all exhibiting same behaviour with IE now (and all in Trusted sites).

It must be a local security issue..you may try to reach network administrator there.

Can you check it once bypassing proxy as well.

found the issue:

Uninstall KB3163018  for Windows 10 fixes it.

many known issues with this breaking ssl/tls
