CUCM and Avaya Integration

We have integrated the CUCM 14 and Avaya IP office 500 but when the Cisco phone calls the Avaya phone, the called name of Avaya doesn't appear on the Cisco phone but Avaya phone can get the Cisco phone name. but when Avaya calls Cisco, the display names appear on both phones.

I collected the logs and got the signaling

you probably have a config wrong on the IP Trunk Group in Avaya.  Reference this old thread.  Avaya To Cisco Caller ID & Name - Cisco Community

The "Codeset to Send Display" field is set to "0" as shown on page 1. If this field is left at the default value of 6, the Cisco CallManager will not display the calling party name
