CUCM and Telepresence EX-60

Hello Team,

Good afternoon !

In this document : http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/endpoint/software/tc5/release_notes/tc_software_release_notes_tc5.pdf

Page 6, it is said that we need CUCM 8.6 to run EX-60, but we have at this moment CUCM 8.5.1 and we want to buy an EX-60.

Even it's not supported according to the above document, can we run the EX-60 with our actual CUCM which is 8.5.1 ?

Hi Dominique,

You need CUCM 8.6(1) and above  for EX-60 support, as that will enable you to natively register the EX-60 to CUCM.

Registering an EX-60 as 3rd party SIP device on an earlier version, e.g.  8.5.1 in your case, is not  supported.
