CUCM backup is running continously

Backups are running continuously.  If I cancel the backup in progress, the backup will restart. 

If I attempt to access the scheduler I get the following message

"Backup operation currently in progress.... please wait and try after sometime

  • Another backup/restore operation can not be performed at this time.
  • DRF Configuration can not be changed at this time."

If I attempt to access the manual backup, I get the same message. 

Not sure why the backup is continuously running or how to stop it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd try restating the DRF services in first place, and see the behavior after that.

That did it!

Thanks Jaime.

I had the same problem with 11.5.1.12900-21, and restarting the services fixed it.

Any idea why this happens?

 

I have the same problem, what do you do to solve?
