Hi all,

I have to change almost 100 phones CCS but I always have issues with the bulk, is there any other way I can change parameters for a bulk of phones?

If you need to change phones in bulk your option is to do it via BAT as you state if that setting is exposed or you can do updates utilizing the AXL SOAP API or SQL updates. Updating CSS is easy to do with BAT though.
