Is there a way to collect call counts from CUCM for calls placed to the PSTN via SNMP from CUCM? I have not yet found an SNMP data point for this.
Thanks!

There is a thread in the cacti forum where they had a discussion on this. To get the call volume you'd need to poll 1 main parameter, and then filter the results out of that using the other parameters. I suggest you go through this thread and it may shed some light as to what needs to be done. I find the RTMT easier :)

Unfortunately, there is no way using SNMP that the call volume data can be pulled. However, RTMT is a powerful tool and can be used for this. Here's a blog that talks about how you can configure custom alerts to print out call volume stats and also only generate csv files with the paramters that you want.

Is it possible to pull this from the 3825 gateways instead? I know if I do "show voice call summary" I can see the number of active channel at a given time but have not been able to graph this count over time. We have 4 PRI's but may not need them all so I'm trying to get a handle on that.
Thanks!
