CUCM CAR Hunt Pilot Summary report does not count FONA calls

I'm having hunt group with Forward on No Answer on CUCM 9.1.2

When I run  Hunt Pilot Detail report, I get all the calls, including few calls with FONA=Y 

But when I run Hunt Pilot Summary report for the same pediod and huntgroup, the FONA column shows 0 calls.
