This might be a little hard to estimate but I have been looking for a general rule of thumb to go by when adding customers to our CUCM 8.5 cluster. We have a Publisher, Subscriber, and a Unity Box. I am having a hard time finding what kind of capacity the cluster can handle. We have been consistently adding new phones and I want to make sure that I am managing these correctly. I've asked my Cisco rep about a week ago but I haven't heard back yet.
Thanks

It all depends on the hardware you are using and other parameters, i.e.
number of sites
number of GWs, circuit types
etc
etc
Cisco has some great calcs for that , should be able to locate it in SRND, though I do not recall if it is available to everyone or just partners. The online tool is being replaced with app, but it should still be available.
HTH,
Chris
