CUCM/CME Deploy

Dear Support

I will deploy new CUCM/CME to Infrastructure with ISR Router to Branches, and my network as follwoing

ISP Router-->Firewall-->Multi-layerSwitch-->Access Switch-->Ip Phone-->Pc

My Question is:-

1-where is best place to Plug CUCM/CME to ISP Router or MLS or where ?

2-What's recommended to assign CUCM/CME to Voice Vlan or Server Vlan?

3-Default Gateway for Ip Phone better to be assign for Sub-Interference/SVI Or CUCM?

There are many things that need to be considered into a green field deployment before being able to answer any of what you're asking, I'd strongly suggest you to reach a local Cisco partner so they can look into all factors to provide the best deployment model based on your needs and infrastructure.
