Hi Guys,
we got one Problem with our SIP environment.
We have connected an anynode sbc to the cucm to connect to a sip trunk. this works all fine with incoming and outgoing call. today i tried the following szenario.
I got an internal call an place this one on hold. Then i tried to dial an external Number, but the cucm sends the immediatly the digits to the sbc. So i cannon complete the hole number.
How can i configure this, so the cucm waits 3 seconds before he is dialing the number. Or is this a feature the sbc have to do?

Hi Sven,
Check if you matching the correct route pattern. Use CUCM DNA to check this.

Most likely you have an overlapping pattern somewhere and it's matching that before you get a chance to dial the full number.
You can check by dialling off hook and see what digits you've dialled before it tries to route the call. For example if you wanted to dial 12345678, then go off hook so you get dial tone. Dial the digits and note how far you get, for example it might be trying to process as soon as you've dialled the first three "123". Look in CUCM Route Plan Report for any patterns starting 123.
