Hi all
In our AD we formatted our phone numbers with spaces (full E.164), so they look like this: +45 1111 XXXX.
My problem is that Jabber for Windows doesn't lookup incoming calls at it should. Thats because spaces are not supported in the Directory Lookup Dial Rules.
So can it really be true that the only solution is to remove the spaces in AD? We can't do that for several reasons unfortunately .
Any suggestions? maybe it's possible and trick the dial rules with a variable or something?
I'm sorry that I also will post his in the J4W discussion, but the issue involves CUCM and J4W.
CUCM: 8.6.2.22900-9
J4W: 9.1.X
Thanks
Kristian
