I administer a lot of 10.5.2 UCM cluster & UCCX 10.6 is integrated on it as well.
We have about 300 active ipcc agents per cluster. During enduser provisioning a a lot of users have been assigned an ipcc extension along with their primary extension in the enduser page. Due to this , over 3000 rogue agents are present in CCX but only 300 active.
I want to delete these rogue agents. So I have extracted users with "default" teams in UCCX. My SQL competency is limited to running few select * queries. I was wondering if anyone has a SQL query to change a lot of these rogue ipcc extensions in enduser page to "< None> "
I have also tried bulk update, but that didn't work either.
