we have cucm 8.0.1 one pub and two subs. we face power failure. when they came back we found that ip phones extensions have changed, iphone one has extension of ip phone two and soon. iam confused what happened and how can i fix it?

Check if the phone's config file got erased, this might happen if the phone's config file gets erased.
