I'm new to networking and starting to work toward a CCNA although I know how to program call manager. I've worked at several small and large companies that have call manager and noticed that most call manager pubs and subs have IP Addresses that start with class A 10.2.x.x.
Why use class A?
I know that I want to use a private IP address however; I could have just as easily used a class B address or class C.
Why choose class A, 10.2.x.x as opposed to 10.3.x.x or something else?
