Hello,
I have a CUCM and an h323 gateway, is it possible to monitor the fxo lines for incoming and outgoing calls from the phone to know if busy.

Thank you for your answer, but what i need is to monitor it from the phones and not from RTMT

Hi Mark,
Unfortunately there is no native feature in Cisco IP phones to monitor a FXO line. You may need to develop a customized solution / script to achieve this.
