CUCM H323 Transfer issue

I have CUCM 7.1.5 in the the US with a H323 gateway in Mexico.  When a call is transfered from an ip phone in Mexico to an external number out the same H323 gateway in Mexico the call is dropped.

The voice ccapi inout debug shows me the transfer number is NULL.  I tried using a MTP but that made call quality an all calls bad.

Any other ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

This is usually a dial-peer problem ,

can you please give us a debug voice ccapi inout from your h323 gateway.

Make sure that the gateway has a CSS on the CUCM.

Ok, thanks here is the debug.  There are other calls in the debug.  I called to extension 53701 on my communicator from my cell of 803-667-1025 then transfered the call to 0448115162912.

I am having the same issue with calls. Tried the MTP method and that fixed the transfer but call quality was bad
