CUCM Help Desk Training

We're consider bringing our helpdesk onboard for CUCM Moves/Adds/Changes.  We'll be writing procedures for them to follow, but I was wondering if there are any websites/videos/documents/etc that focus on high-level CUCM (concepts), and MAC administration?

I've taken traditional CUCM training, have a few books, etc.  But 90% of that material won't apply to our helpdesk.

Those are both helpful, but I was looking for something about the actual CUCM Admin interface, but focused on Moves/Adds/Changes (i.e. find a device, change a DN, setup a new phone using a template, etc).
