by default in CUCM Full consult transfer. how to switch to Blind transfer? Is it possible to a set of selected numbers ? partition to another? is it possible to programm a key 7821 to Blind transfer to a fixed number?
I dont think there is any such option. The only closest thing you can do is to enable the "transfer on hook" feature. That will let you do on-hook transfers.
