i wanna know how to solve the following issue

i have HQ and branch  with centalized cucm and srst in the branch 

i have  same extension for helpdesk office in the HQ and the branch 

the HQ users can call helpdesk DN in HQ only and the same with the branch users call helpdesk  office in the branch only

how can do that ??

If I am able to understand it, what you want is the access to HQ helpdesk should be with HQ users and Branch helpdesk with branch users.
You can use CSS and partitions accordingly.
For Ex :- HelpDesk no. is 1000 , HQ-Helpdesk :- 1000 in HQ_PT and BR-Helpdesk :- 1000 in BR_PT.
For HQ use 1000 in HQ_PT [HQ Partition] and for branch use 1000 in BR_PT [Branch Partition]. All the users in HQ should have HQ_PT in their CSS and similarly all users in branch should have BR_PT in their CSS.

say the Helpdesk number is 1000. the branch will need a CSS with a partition that contains the branch helpdesk huntpilot with 1000.

the HQ will need a different partiation again and a different CSS with 1000, pointing to your HQ huntpilot.
