Dear Team,
We have CMS 1000 single server , we are planning to deploy skype for buisness, DO i need to get any additional licenes for integeration?

Not AFAIK, depending on the call flow, and devices involved, you'll use either SMP or PMP for the calls.

To host a SFB calls you ll need normal PMP or SMP licences but with that make sure the Lync server can trust the Call Bridge certificate by uploading the Call Bridge Trusted CA certificate to the Root Trust Store of the Lync Servers. ( if you have a common CA for lync and call bridge certificate this is not required)
