CUCM integration with TETRA Dimetra Express

We have a CUCM 12.5 system which is integrated with Motorola TETRA Dimetra express system, calls are established between the tetra radios and the IP telephones and vice versa, but there is no voice in both sides, Can anyone help ?

I think i know your issue . if i am correct this is for a site in Oman. The Normalization script configured is not proper.
