CUCM IP phones unable make incoming call

Hi all,

We have a remote site in Vietnam which registered to HK call manager. Customer can dial out via voice gateway but cannot recieve incoming calls.

Could anyone know what the issue is ? Please find the running config and debug for your reference.

Never, and I say NEVER use csim start when troubleshooting, you'll never get the correct information nor results for troubleshooting.

What is the call flow?

How does the call fail?
