CUCM Issue

Greetings Team,

Background :

We have installed Publisher, Subscriber1 and Express E in UCUCS-EZ-C220M3S at Primary Location.

And in DR side we have installed Subscriber2, Unity and IM and Presence in UCUCS-EZ-C220M3S.

(Both side are connected through fiber)

Problem :

Recently due to fire incident at Primary location my entire CUCM is down for network and power issue.

Unfortunately Subscriber2 installed at DR side also having OS related issue. Somehow i can able to resolve OS related issue by using old snapshot. Now Subscriber 2 is working fine with all old entries.

After few days I am going to start CUCM at primary location. Kindly suggest

1. Before Starting Publisher i have to shutdown Subscriber2?
2. what steps or precaution i have to do so my main publisher will be up and running
3. how Subscriber2 will get sync with publisher.

VMware snapshots are NOT supported on CUCM.
