CUCM licensing for UCCE

Been a few years since last had to worry about CUCM licensing but looking at a UCCE solution for a customer and getting slightly confused over the user licenising model introduced in CUCM V7.1.5. It appears that when doing DLU licensing, pre-7.1.5,  we had server licenses and DLU licenses, and we would estimate 4xDLUs per UCCE phone. With User licensing I simply add the number of UCCE agent phones, with each (enhanced) user  being roughly equal to the 4xDLU per phone previously BUT we no longer seem to have to pay for a server license - is this correct, since it means a major drop in proce :-)

Hello John,

Now the licensing for the user is equal 6 DLU , so when you order 300 user license you will get 1800 DLU's.

For the UCCE , there is no license to worry about except two things :

1- is the user license (which is the normal license)

2- the dialer ports license (in case you have a outbound dialer)
