I'm having the following problem.
I am not able to get to my cisco callmanager web browser:10.10.210.10
receiving the following message:
"
No valid products found, please select the default "
I've already restarted in vmware : Cisco Tomcat service but this doesnt help.
Also powered of the whole server nothing helped.
The strange thing is that all my phones are up & running registered.
What could be a solution?
Reinstalling the callmanager is not advisable because i've already configured alot of things.

1) Did it work before? What has been changed?
2) What is CUCM version? (A.B.C.XXXXX-Y)
3) How many servers per cluster (run sql seelct * from ProcessNode)?
4) Have you tried to connect to SUB webpage?
5) utils diagnose test (from PUB + SUB CLI)
6) utils core active list (from PUB and SUB CLI)
FYI: Call Control has nothing to do with tomcat in your case. If you dial another number from the phone tomcat isn't involved

It's solved nowe.
Don't know exactly what the cause was, everything works fine nowe.
