CUCM Phone Device Firmware Upgrade Question

I just uploaded the latest phone software to my CUCM Publisher via FTP.  My question is basic:  Do I have to upload this software to each subscriber as well?  I understand I have to restart the TFTP service on each subscriber as well as the publisher but not sure if I have to FTP the software upgrade to each publisher.

Hi Joshua,

Yes you must install the firmware on all your subscriber as well and re-start the tftp service on the servers that are running it
