CUCM - Query on creating different logins

Experts,

Need your advice on the below query.

We have PUB /SUB CUCM , CUC , IMP. We have installed 2 different customers on the same cluster and differentiated with CSS , Partition , Dial-Plan etc.

Now the customer needs two login credential to the same cluster whereas 1st login should only be seen the 1st customer details and second login for the second customer details on the same cluster.

Is this possible ?

Thanks

Sathya

What you want there is not possible. Roles based access will allow them to access/see what all which is permitted and will not differentiate on any other parameter (CSS/Partition in this case). If you want that one of your customer should be able to login into CM Administration but not able to  make any changes then that is possible. Refer below for more details:

Thanks Deepak. I will have a look

Hi All,

Further more questions on this topic,

We have 2 different customers in the same CUCM cluster ,

1. Is it possible to add 2 different Ldap to sync their users to end user ?

2. Is it possible to hide corporate directory , For example when a user from company A search for some one in Company A ( from IP Phone ) it should not show the users from company B and vice versa,

Thanks

Sathya

That will depend, if they're part of the same forest or not, if not, you'll have to do the multi-forest LDS integration and configure all the trust relationships.

And no, the built-in corporate directory shows EVERYONE who is an end user. You would need to build your own custom directories, or buy a 3rd party app for that.

For the management, you could use PCP as that does allow you to segregate the config per tenant.
