I have a strange issue with when trying to do a restore.
The orginial server is a Cisco MCS server running CUCM 8.5.1 and the new server will be a virtual machine (on ESXi 4.1) running the same version.
So I have the same CUCM version, the same IP and hostname as the orginial on this virtual machine. But I get errors (ERROR: Unable to read file, etc) reflected in the attached screenshots. Any ideas?
I assumed that the backup was bad, so I did another fresh backup, however when I input the old Security password as I did the first time, it doesn't accept it! I used the same Security password to do the restore the first time when it generated all of those errors, not with using the new backup file and the security password was never changed. Any ideas?
