CUCM Restrict User Access base on Phone

Hi all,

I have one Cisco CUCM cluster for Mainsite and a branch site. So, I want to restrict privilege for  administrators in branch. The administrator in branch just only have the privilege to access to IP phones which are in the branch site.

Any ideas for me?

Hi

That can't be done with CUCM only - delegated admin is based on the page (e.g. Phone, Gateway, etc.) rather than the actual devices.

If you really need this you would need to find a third party package or write your own admin tools that would enforce the restrictions.
