Hi all..
Is there anyway in CUCM to check if a service was active before,,,
To Put in a scenario,,
A person reports Cisco Messaging Interface Service is down, but i would like to check if the service was up before..

You would need to check the system logs on the server to see if there was an alert. In this particular case, CMI is (in my experience) rarely used unless you have an integration with a 3rd-party voicemail system that has an SMDI interface.
