I'm new to CUCM and am setting up a simple lab network.
I have successfully registered two SIP Phones to CUCM.
When I place a call from one phone to the other, it rings. However when I answer it, the answering phone hangs up and the other phone gets a busy tone.
I've searched around a bit and can't seem to find any answers.
Anyone have an idea what the issue might be?

Make sure that the phones are in same device pool and there are no bandwidth limitations configured. If the issue persists you should gather the detailed callmanager service trace and post here

I have had this same thing happen when the two ip phones were using different codecs. Also things that come to mind to check is CSS / partition and location settings. As Manish mentioned device pool as well.
