Dear All,
We are having CUCM running version 8.6 connected to Voice Gateway via sip Tunk and from Gateway to ISP SIP trunk
Issue - IP Phone is continiously ringing eventhough I put my cell phone/mobile in Flighmode or Switch off. I am expecting message from ISP like "The person your are trying to reach is not avilable".
ISP bring their testing system and in that we are getting these alerts but when connect back to our PABX its riniging like normal call.

Hi Nibin,
did you configure a call forward or a remote destination to let your mobile ring?

Dear Carlo,
My issue is that eventhogh the remote end is not accessable ie Switch off or in flight mode, still the IP Phone rings and user feels the remote party is not answering his call.
there is no configuration made for call forward.

Please find below the attached ccsip message.

My mobile in number 55004439 (in flight mode)
We also requested ISP to check the issue from their end and they bring their PABX test system and found no issues. They where getting message like "The person you are trying to reach is not avilable"

Hi Nibin,
This is one of the worst SDP negotiation I've ever seen.
Anyway, enable SDP early offer in CUBE and probably it will solve the issue. If not, request you to again share the output of debug ccsip messages after making appropriate changes.

Hi,
From the logs we can see that your ITSP is sending media in the 183 session progress. We need to try and enable PRACK on CUCM, to see if the announcement that is being played comes through..
Go to the sip profile assigned to the sip trunk and under trunk specific configuration>>Send PRACK if 1xx contains SDP
